Travel Charges

For properties outside our base location of Penrith, a travel charge will be added to the clean fee.

Travel is charged at 45p per mile (return journey), calculated from our base location in Penrith to the property and back. This reflects fuel, time, and vehicle costs and ensures we can continue to offer a reliable, high-quality service across the region.

The applicable travel charge will always be confirmed in advance and shown clearly on your invoice.

  STANDARD

  • Pricing is determined by property size, cleaning requirements, and any additional services requested. Each quote takes into consideration the number of rooms, frequency of visits, and the condition of the property to ensure accurate and transparent pricing.

    All prices are starting from and may adjust slightly following an assessment or consultation to meet your exact needs. Haus Of Clean is committed to offering fair, transparent pricing and exceptional results for every client.

    • 1 Bedroom – £90

    • 2 Bedrooms – £110

    • 3 Bedrooms – £130

    • 4 Bedrooms – £190

    • 5 Bedrooms – £225

    All prices are starting from and may vary depending on the property size, condition, and any additional services requested.

    Add-ons:

    • Welcome Packs – bespoke guest packs including bread, milk, biscuits, and other essentials can be arranged upon request.

    • Special Touches – we can organise thoughtful extras such as birthday balloons, cakes, or celebration decorations to make your guests’ stay even more memorable.

  • Our deep cleans are our most comprehensive and time-intensive service — a complete top-to-bottom transformation that restores your property to an exceptional standard. These rates reflect triple the standard clean price, allowing for the additional time, precision, and premium eco-friendly products required for a flawless finish.

    Deep cleans are ideal for end-of-tenancy preparations, seasonal refreshes, post-renovation cleans, or when your property simply deserves an intensive reset. Every surface and detail is meticulously attended to, leaving your space refreshed, sanitised, and guest-ready.
